Private 1 on 1

1 hour personal training session with expert coach. Identify and address any injuries, nagging aches and pains, as well as work on overall fitness goals of yours. We design a specific program for your needs- no such thing as cookie cutter programs here at Perseverance Training.

Semi-Private (2 clients )

1 hour semi private training session involves one expert coach training 2 clients. This package is more budget friendly while still getting that intimate personal training feel. Our coach will design a specific program for these clients that will implement overall fitness goals. These sessions tend to be fun and more energetic since you have someone else motivating and challenging you like a teammate.

Small Group ( 3-4 clients)

1 hour training session with one of our expert coaches who is experienced in getting the most out of a group. The session is designed to address overall fitness in a fun and exciting setting involving circuits and interval training to get the most bang for your buck. Groups tend to fed off each others energy and really create an awesome environment for accomplishing goals. Group rates are very affordable which allows clients to come back several times a week.

Group Training
Team training (10+clients)

1 hour session with two of our expert strength and conditioning coaches. We design programs for specific teams to teach athletes how to be explosive, strong, agile, stable, and powerful. We use equipment such as hurdles, speed ladders, kettle bells, medicine balls, trx, and sleds in each training session. Our team training is fast paced, no nonsense, energetic and fun.
